The Council of the Cyprus Skating Federation consists of eight members. The four members of the Secretariat (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) are independent members, while the other four members are representatives of the Club-Members.
The members of the Council are voted during the Electoral General Assembly of the Federation and their term of office lasts four years.

Coaches are registered in the Federation if they meet the registration criteria, which are mentioned in article 7 of the Constitution of Cyprus Skating Federation.

There is a total of five registered Associations/Clubs of the Cyprus Skating Federation. The clubs are legally registered with the Registrar of Associations and are active with the registration of athletes, participation in the activities of the Cyprus Ice Skating Federation, participation in competitions (Pancyprian and international) and generally organize activities to promote figure skating in Cyprus.
